Dr. Stephen Maxwell
Director
|
Dr Stephen Maxwell is a Petroleum Microbiologist with
more than 20 years oil industry experience worldwide. He
has worked on field projects performed in the North Sea,
Indonesia and South America and has provided consultancy
throughout Europe, the Middle East and North America.
He has served on microbiology committees for the Institute
of Corrosion, Institute of Petroleum, National Association of
Corrosion Engineers and American Society for Testing Materials.
He is an acknowledge expert in oilfield microbiology and is a
frequent contributor to International Conferences and Symposia.

Iain Spark
Consultant
|
Iain Spark is a highly accomplished technical consultant with
over 20 years experience in the oil industry. He worked for over 15
years in formation damage evaluation which included six years of
research in downhole and reservoir microbial souring. He graduated
in 1980 with a BSc Honours in Applied Geology from the University of
Strathclyde. He has worked internationally in the oil industry in North
Africa, South America, Malaysia and Europe and has actively been
involved in oil company personnel training in geology, formation
damage mitigation and oilfield microbiology.

Lisa Graham
Financial Controller
|
Lisa Graham Lisa joined Commercial Microbiology seven years ago in a junior support
role and has progressed to her current position as Financial Controller in that time.
Qualifed in business management, she is responsible for the management and control of the
company's finance and accounting functions. Lisa makes a key contribution to the management
of Commercial Microbiology in the planning, allocation and monitoring of all the company's
finances ensuring the provision of the financial support, which is central to the overall
performance of the company.

Lucille Harries
Chemist
|
Lucille Harries graduated in Applied Chemistry from Robert
Gordon University and followed this with a Post Graduate Diploma
in Forensic Science from the University of Strathclyde. Subsequent
experience working in a UKAS accredited Water Supply Laboratory
and in Oil Industry Laboratories spanning over 12 years was ideal
preparation for her current role as supervisor of all works carried
out in the energy and environmental laboratory for Commercial
Microbiology. Aside from her day to day duties, Lucille is also
the Health and Safety Representative for the company
